Accessibility Statement

Maximized Care Services LLC is committed to ensuring our website is accessible to people with disabilities, including the clinicians and agency partners we serve.

Standard we target

We are working toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA.

Current conformance status

Partially conformant. “Partially conformant” means some parts of the content do not fully conform to the accessibility standard. This site has not yet been validated by an independent third-party audit, nor by testing with users with disabilities. Conformance is assessed per page and per user flow, not as a single site-wide claim.

Known exceptions and remediation dates

Known accessibility exceptions and their target remediation dates.
AreaIssueTarget date
Discipline colour coding The colours used for PT, OT, and SLP are not distinguishable from one another under some forms of colour vision deficiency. Every instance is also labelled in text, so no information is carried by colour alone. Mitigated — under review [DATE]
Screen-reader validation The site has not yet been tested end to end with NVDA, JAWS, or VoiceOver. [DATE]
Third-party form delivery Our inquiry and application forms are delivered by EmailJS, a third-party service whose code we do not control. Under review [DATE]
High Contrast Mode Some headline text uses a gradient fill whose rendering in Windows High Contrast Mode has not been verified. [DATE]

Feedback

We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of this site. If you encounter a barrier, please contact us and tell us where it happened:

Assessment approach

This site was assessed by manual code review and manual contrast measurement against WCAG 2.2 Level AA, supported by automated testing with axe-core in our build pipeline. Automated tools detect only a portion of accessibility barriers, so automated results alone are not treated as evidence of conformance.
